|Recommended: YesThe property is very well kept, and the apartments are cozy. — The parking is a bit annoying, but overall, the area is wonderful. The complex is located within a walking distance to shops, restaurants, and, best of all, the beach. The actual apartments offer a pretty big kitchen with everything one needs and a very cute bathroom. There is laundry located in the back of the complex and is actually very expensive compared to others 3.25 for one load washer dryer , but is available most of the times when I've needed to wash clothes. Overall, great place with minor annoyances.

-I am steps away from the beach. People vacation here, and I get to live here.
-Range of restaurants in walking distance, plus a little grocery type store. Easy to enjoy a glass or two of wine at a local place and walk home afterward.
-I work for UCSD and my commute is short.
-I love it that this studio has full-size appliances and a full-sized bathtub. Oh, and a gas stove
-Amazon Prime delivers here...I get all my heavy stuff delivered. See parking note below. I also get restaurant delivery...seems like it's easy to find.

What could be better
-There is no parking. Street parking is better during the week but can be tricky during the weekends. I'd really love a dedicated parking spot I know there's no room, but...
-Neighbors are pretty quiet but I can hear people talking cell phones ringing people opening closing doors at night, etc.
